Direct damage to your health. Every damage source affects it, and at 0 you die.

Trauma from damage in a short time. Below 25 you pass out. You wake above 50, then have a 60 second cooldown before you can be knocked out again.

Not every source affects it. Below 3000 you take Shock damage over time and your screen desaturates. Below 2500 you die.

How much the round wears down armor durability. A dash means no extra armor damage.
